What exactly is OnliBox?
OnliBox is a browser extension that detects the video streams behind the page you are viewing and saves them to your computer. It works on the page you already have open, so there is nothing to paste, upload or convert.
Which browsers does it work with?
Chrome, plus the other Chromium-based browsers: Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera and Vivaldi. Firefox and Safari are not supported at the moment.
Which formats can OnliBox download?
Direct files such as MP4 and WebM, adaptive streams such as HLS and m3u8 playlists and MPEG-DASH manifests, and video served through blob URLs or embedded players. As a rule of thumb: if it plays in your browser, OnliBox can usually save it.
Can it handle HLS and m3u8 streams?
Yes. OnliBox reads the playlist, downloads the segments in parallel and joins them into a single playable file on your computer. Nothing is sent to an external server to be merged.
Where do I actually pay?
Inside the extension, not on this website. Open the OnliBox popup, choose Upgrade and you will be taken through a secure checkout.
